A supported foundations journey to help you move from hoping change is possible... to beginning to believe that it is.
There comes a point where understanding your energy isn't quite enough anymore.
You're ready to begin doing something differently.
Not by trying to change everything at once.
But by gently rebuilding the foundations that support your energy, your wellbeing and your everyday life.
First Steps to Freedom is designed to help you begin.
Not to finish.
Not to transform your whole life.
But to set up the strong foundations on which lasting change can grow.
Over the years, I've met so many women who have told me the same thing:
"I know what I should be doing... I just can't seem to make it stick."
The problem usually isn't a lack of information.
Most people living with chronic fatigue have already read the books, listened to the podcasts and tried countless different approaches.
Many women arrive here hoping for "a bit more energy."
That's often exactly where we begin.
As we work together, we'll begin exploring your energy in a different way — and making small, realistic changes that allow you to experience for yourself what can begin to shift.
Because sometimes the most important change isn't simply having a little more energy.
It's beginning to realise:
“Perhaps things don't have to stay the way they are.”
That shift — from hoping change is possible to beginning to believe that it really can be — is one of the most important foundations we can build together.
We’re not trying to fix everything.
We’re gently rebuilding the foundations that support your energy.
Together we’ll be exploring how to:
🌿 Understand what your energy is trying to tell you
🌿 Recognise the patterns that may be quietly keeping you stuck.
🌿 Respond to yourself with greater kindness and consistency
🌿 Experiment with small, realistic changes that feel manageable
🌿 Build confidence in your own decisions
🌿 Create a life that supports your energy instead of continually draining it.
This isn't simply an online course.
And it isn't simply coaching.
It's a supported journey that gives you time to learn, reflect and apply what you're discovering at a pace that feels right for you.
Real change doesn't come from information alone.
It comes from having the space to try something, notice what happens and gradually discover what makes a difference for you.
Because this work is powerful...
but it needs to be experienced, not rushed.
First Steps to Freedom brings together three important parts of the journey:
Learn
You'll have access to short teaching videos that help you understand your energy, your patterns and yourself in a different way.
Alongside these, gentle SELF Discovery activities will help you connect what you're learning with your own life.
Explore
Our live coaching conversations give you space to bring what you're noticing.
You can ask questions, explore what's getting in the way, celebrate what's changing and receive support as you work out what feels right for you.
This isn't about being told what you should do.
It's about being supported as you begin discovering what makes a difference for you.
Connect
If you choose the Group Journey, you'll also be alongside a small group of women exploring many of the same questions.
There's something powerful about hearing another woman put into words an experience you thought was yours alone.
Sometimes simply realising...
“Oh. It's not just me.”
...can change the way you see yourself and what you've been living with.
There is never any pressure to share more than feels comfortable. Sometimes you'll want to talk. Sometimes you may simply want to listen.
Both are equally welcome.
First Steps to Freedom Group Journeys are offered at different times throughout the year, sometimes with a different pace or rhythm.
The foundations remain the same.
What changes is the amount of space we create around them.
🌿 October 2026 — Six-Month Journey
For this journey, we'll be taking a little more time.
The programme will unfold over six months, creating more breathing space between each stage to learn, reflect, experiment and notice what begins to change.
You'll also have additional opportunities to connect with the other women in the group between our main coaching conversations.
Enrolment closes: Wednesday 21 October
Programme Starts: Wednesday 28 October
🌿 2027 Group Journeys
Details for these First Steps to Freedom journeys will be added here as final dates and formats are confirmed.
🌿 Week commencing 26 April 2027
🌿 Week commencing 13 September 2027
If there isn't currently a Group Journey that feels right for you, you're also very welcome to explore working together one-to-one.
Sometimes change is obvious.
Sometimes it's much quieter.
That's why, throughout First Steps to Freedom, we'll pause at different points to notice what's changing — both in what you're able to do and in how life feels.
We'll use a small number of simple measures to help us do that.
These include looking at how your symptoms are affecting everyday activities, alongside reflective tools that help you notice changes in areas such as confidence, wellbeing and the way you're experiencing your life.
These aren't tests to pass.
They're simply a way of helping us see changes that can sometimes be surprisingly easy to overlook when you're living them day by day.
Previous First Steps to Freedom participants have consistently shown meaningful improvements through these measures.
And alongside the numbers, there are often other changes that matter just as much:
“I handled that differently.”
“I didn't automatically put myself last.”
“I trusted myself.”
“I did something I didn't think I'd be able to do.”
A gentle commitment to your personal sustainability.

I'll always see what's possible.
My priority is helping you find a way forward that feels sustainable, both practically and financially.
There isn't one "right" way to begin.
Some people would like the opportunity to meet first, ask questions and get a feel for whether First Steps to Freedom — and working with me — feels right for them.
Others already know they'd like to move forward and are ready to begin.
Both are equally welcome.
A relaxed 30-minute conversation where we'll get to know one another, explore what's bringing you here and talk about what you'd like support with.

If, afterwards, First Steps to Freedom feels like the right choice for you, we'll arrange your Health Profile Review.
If you've already decided you'd like to move forward, you can begin here.
Your Health Profile Review helps us understand your situation in more depth, identify where coaching is likely to make the biggest difference, and create a clear starting point for our work together.
If you go on to book the First Steps to Freedom journey, I'll deduct the cost of your Health Profile Review from your programme investment, because that work naturally becomes part of our journey together.

We'll begin taking your First Steps to Freedom together.
First Steps to Freedom may feel right for you if...
🌿 you're ready to move beyond simply understanding your fatigue and begin making gentle, meaningful changes
🌿 you'd like some structure and support as you begin changing your relationship with your energy
🌿 you want time to explore what you're learning and discover what actually makes a difference for you
🌿 you're looking for practical support, encouragement and accountability — without pressure to change everything at once
🌿 you're curious about what might be possible, but aren't necessarily looking for a year-long journey
🌿 you'd enjoy either learning alongside a small group of women or working with me one-to-one.
If you're looking for a deeper, longer journey that allows time not only to begin these changes but to fully integrate them into everyday life, Your Energy – Your Way may feel like a better fit.
That's a very understandable question when energy is already limited.
First Steps to Freedom is designed to be worked through gently, but it does still ask something of you.
For a Group Journey, you'll need enough capacity to watch approximately one hour of teaching, spend around an hour on your SELF Discovery activities, and join a one-hour Zoom coaching conversation within each programme cycle.
The exact rhythm varies between Group Journeys, so you'll always be able to see what a particular programme involves before you decide to join.
If that currently feels like too much, or you feel you would benefit from more individual support and flexibility, a one-to-one journey may suit you better.
And if you're simply not sure, you don't have to work it out alone.
We can talk it through together.
I can't promise to remove your fatigue.
And I can't promise that everything will change through First Steps to Freedom.
What I can promise is that we'll begin where you are.
We'll make space to understand what's happening.
We'll explore what may be getting in the way.
And we'll begin making small, realistic changes that support you and your energy.
Some changes may feel small.
Others may surprise you.
But my hope is that, somewhere along the way, you'll begin to notice something important:
“Perhaps things don't have to stay the way they are.”
And from there...
“Perhaps I can do something about this.”
That's where possibility begins.
