This free monthly webinar series is part of an ongoing, year-long conversation about energy —
one that focuses on helping you
understand what your energy is responding to, rather than trying to force it to behave differently.

These sessions offer a gentle, practical space to:

  • make sense of what’s actually draining your energy

  • understand the link between physical energy and emotional load

  • learn simple tools that support your body rather than fight it

  • begin working with your energy more kindly and effectively — without pressure or blame

Each session is 45 minutes, including:

  • around 30 minutes of grounded teaching

  • practical tools you can take away and use immediately

  • optional off-camera space for reflection, questions and support

About Me

I’m Suzanne, and I support people — primarily women — who are living with fatigue, exhaustion, burnout and chronic fatigue conditions to better understand their energy and begin rebuilding a life that feels more liveable.

My work crosses over between physical energy, emotional load, nervous system health and lived experience. I’m particularly interested in how long-term stress, unhelpful beliefs, early experiences and ongoing pressure quietly drain energy — often without us realising it.

Rather than offering quick fixes, I focus on helping people understand what their energy is responding to, and then work with that information in practical, compassionate ways.

Across my work — whether through webinars, courses or one-to-one support — I come back again and again to one core principle:


your energy matters, and learning to take it seriously changes everything.

These monthly webinars are one of the ways I offer education, support and gentle guidance — with no pressure to commit to anything further unless it feels right for you.

What if I can’t make the live session?

Register anyway and get the recording. You can watch it when it suits you.

Do I need to attend every month?

Nope — sign up once and choose which months feel right for you.

Will I need to have my camera or microphone on?

Nope. You’re welcome to join in whatever way feels most comfortable for you. During the teaching part of the session, only I’ll be visible. At the end, you can ask questions in the chat or speak if you’d like — but there’s no expectation to do either.
