Sometimes we know exactly what we'd like help with.
Sometimes we simply know that something still feels unresolved.
Trauma Release offers a calm, structured way to begin processing experiences that may still be affecting how you feel today.
You don't need to know exactly where to begin.
We can discover that together.

Trauma Release isn't about analysing you or telling you what your experiences mean.
My role is to create a calm, structured space where your own mind can process what it hasn't yet been able to resolve.
You remain in control throughout.
You choose what you share, how quickly we move and when you need a pause.
We work with your energy, not against it.
My Trauma Release sessions are based on Traumatic Incident Reduction (TIR) — a structured, person-centred approach designed to help unresolved experiences reach a natural point of completion.
Rather than analysing what happened or telling you how you should feel about it, the process allows you to explore an experience in your own way and at your own pace.
You don't need to perform, explain yourself perfectly or reach a particular conclusion.
We simply follow what your own mind is ready to work with.
When you're living with chronic fatigue, the thought of exploring difficult experiences can understandably bring one particular worry:
“What if this leaves me exhausted?”
Your energy is part of how we work together.
We notice what's happening, adjust the pace when needed and never push through simply for the sake of finishing something.
There isn't one right way to begin Trauma Release.
Simply choose the one that feels right for you today.
If you feel ready to begin, you can reserve your session below.
