A gentle one-to-one conversation to help you explore what you're beginning to notice.

Reflection Conversation

Sometimes it helps to explore your reflections with someone beside you.

Perhaps an affirmation has stayed with you.

A journal entry has raised a question.

A pattern is beginning to emerge.

Or you simply find yourself wondering...

“What am I noticing here?”

A Reflection Conversation offers a calm, supportive space to explore that together.

Not to find the “right” answer.

But to help you hear your own answers more clearly.

What happens during the conversation?

There is no set agenda.

You might bring:

🌿 an affirmation that has stayed with you
🌿 something you've written in your journal

🌿 a recurring thought or feeling
🌿 a pattern you've started to notice
🌿 a question you can't quite put into words yet

Together, we'll gently explore whatever is asking for your attention.

I'll help you slow things down, notice what's there and become curious about what it might be showing you.

You don't need to prepare anything.

Simply arrive as you are.

A different kind of conversation

This isn't about finding quick answers or creating an action plan.

I won't tell you what your affirmation means.

I won't analyse your thoughts or feelings.

And I won't try to convince you of a particular interpretation.

Instead, I'll listen.

Ask thoughtful questions.

Offer gentle observations.

And create space for your own understanding to emerge.

Because the most meaningful insight isn't something I can give you.

It's something you recognise for yourself.

This might be just what you need if...

🌿 something you've noticed keeps returning to your attention
🌿 you'd like a calm space to think aloud
🌿 you're curious about a pattern or response
🌿 another perspective might help you hear your own more clearly
🌿 you're looking for understanding rather than quick answers

A Reflection Conversation is intentionally gentle and unhurried.

It isn't therapy or crisis support, and it isn't a structured coaching session with goals and action plans.

Its purpose is understanding.

What might you take away?

Every conversation is different.

Sometimes something becomes clearer.

Sometimes you see a familiar pattern differently.

Sometimes you realise you already knew what you needed — you simply hadn't given yourself permission to trust it.

And sometimes the most useful thing is simply having had the space to say something out loud.

There doesn't need to be a breakthrough.

Understanding is enough.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need to have bought the affirmation cards?

No.

The affirmations can be a helpful starting point, but they're not essential. If something has been asking for your attention and you'd value some space to explore it, you're very welcome.

Do I need to prepare anything?

No.

Some people bring an affirmation, journal entry or question. Others simply arrive knowing there's something they'd like to talk through.

Will you tell me what my affirmation means?

No.

We'll explore your response to it together. Because what matters isn't what an affirmation is supposed to mean. It's what you notice when you meet it.

Sometimes one conversation is all it takes.

Not because everything changes.

But because someone listens without rushing to fix you.

Sometimes that someone is another person.

And sometimes, through that conversation...

...you begin listening to yourself.

I'd be delighted to share that space with you.
