This programme was created because I saw two things clearly.
Firstly — trying to share this work through 1-1 sessions alone made it expensive and inaccessible for many people.
Secondly — real change doesn’t come from information alone.
It comes from having the time and space to process, reflect, and apply what you’re learning.
So I created a structure where you can:

This gently structured, supportive experience takes place over 5 months. It is designed to help you rebuild your energy in a way that feels manageable, realistic, and sustainable.

Each week, most women spend around 1–2 hours engaging with the content and sessions — but you’re always encouraged to go at a pace that feels right for you.
