This is designed for low energy — you move at your own pace.

Most women spend around 1–2 hours engaging with the content and sessions. If this feels like too much for your energy levels right now, you may prefer to either works on a 1-1 basis or join the 12 month group programme where we are take things at a slower pace. (The next group programme in October 2026).

What if this doesn't work for me?

Is this just mindset work?

No — this is about how you support yourself in real life, not just how you think. We'll be exploring the physical, emotional and mental aspects of fatigue. Addressing all elements is vital to stable and consistent energy.

Do I need to be available every week?

No — everything is designed to be flexible and supportive but catching up each week in the group calls is often one of the things people look forward to most.  Each session will be recorded and you will have access to the replays within 24 hours.
